Talent Acquisition Specialist

Dublin 1 – Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days WFH)

€50,000 (max) plus package

Lincoln are supporting a global, multi-national to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. The preferred candidate will have a background in recruiting Supply Chain professionals with a passion for candidate experience and employer branding.

 

You will be joining a fast paced environment with a relatively small HR team in ROI.  

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including requisition approvals, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, participation in panels, and offer negotiations.
  • Provide regular status updates to hiring managers and the Talent Manager.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure all hires follow proper processes and experience seamless onboarding.
  • Maintain and update HR master data files (e.g., new hires, leavers).
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies as needed.
  • Support the Talent Manager with recruitment training and scheduling.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and build relationships with universities to enhance employer branding.
  • Identify key academic institutions in Ireland and Europe for talent pipelines.
  • Implement candidate experience surveys and analyze responses for improvement opportunities.
  • Manage the buddy program for new hires and support engagement with the learning platform.
  • Track training attendance and compile year-end reporting data.

 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and partnering with internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business field; a Master’s in HR Management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive.
  • Strong focus on delivering a great candidate experience.
  • Curious and committed to continuous improvement in processes.
