A leading financial services company is looking to hire a Sustainability Manager to lead the implementation of their Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) project, reporting to the Head of Sustainability. This is a fixed-term contract of c1 year.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving the delivery of the company’s Sustainability Strategy
- Leading the CSRD project to ensure timely delivery and compliance with the ESRS framework, and effectively implementing the project roadmap
- Analysing data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in sustainability practices
- Preparing compelling sustainability reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
Key requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Sustainability, Business, or related field, with experience in project delivery and data analysis
- Strong understanding of sustainability concepts and regulations; experience in sustainability programmes is a plus but passion is essential
- Proven ability to lead projects, engage stakeholders and drive change
