Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Position Overview: The Supply Chain Analyst will be essential in converting data into clear, goal-driven reports that shape business strategy. This role emphasizes the creation of reports, visualizations, and actionable insights, supported by strong planning and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will excel in high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks while ensuring precision.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of supply chain planning signals, including inventory levels, procurement needs, demand forecasts, in-transit stock, and stock transfers.
- Understand configurations in source ERP systems relevant to supply chain planning processes, such as MRP types, safety stock, and reorder points.
- Ensure the accuracy of master and transactional data within applicable systems.
- Identify process and data gaps within business intelligence systems, analyze root causes, and explore options to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to effectively manage ERP parameters and indicators.
- Address complex and non-routine inquiries by employing various techniques to develop effective solutions.
- Apply analytical skills to interpret trends and data from reporting systems or statistical analyses.
- Recognize the business implications of technical issues.
- Collaborate directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide updates, and build strong relationships.
- Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills.
Skills and Expertise:
To thrive in this position, the following qualifications are necessary:
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- More than 5 years of relevant supply chain experience.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python or R, Fabric, and Azur
