Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring laboratory and logistics operations comply with ISO15189 accreditation, ISO9001 certification, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the review and approval of internal quality documents in accordance with document control procedures.
- Support the Quality team in responding to client requests.
- Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits, including those by assessment bodies and clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A third-level qualification in Quality Assurance or Science is advantageous; relevant experience and training will also be considered.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Department or accredited pathology laboratory is ideal.
- Knowledge of QPULSE is a plus.
- Understanding of ISO15189 accreditation and ISO9001 certification.
- Experience with INAB audits/accreditation processes is desirable.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality service.
- Ability to evaluate information, solve problems, and make decisions in conjunction with the Quality Manager.
- Capable of identifying and resolving system failures and anomalies.
