A market leading business to business Insurance Intermediary, are recruiting for an Operations Manager to lead and oversee the operations of it’s business across Ireland and the UK.
The Operations Manager is a pivotal role in the organisation combining strategic management with a strong focus on operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:
- Accountablity and ownership of the end to end insurance operations including policy fulfillment, premium collection, claims administration and customer queries

Setting benchmark controls for decision accuracy and achievement of productivity targets. Overseeing the operational effectiveness of these controls
- Reporting on the business operational and performance KPIs, overseeing and leading a skillful operational team in delivering on the business’s key operational obligations

Ensuring third-party vendors perform to Company standards and obligations

Ensuring strategic and operational agility to supplier dependence

Ensuring the business’s operational platforms, software and access controls are secure, to the highest standards required for the business, in compliance with legal agreements and regulatory obligations

Drive the development and execution of strategic plans to enhance operational effectiveness, aligning operations with business goals and market dynamics in both jurisdictions
Oversight of a strong control environment aligned to regulatory requirements in both jurisdictions is a key element of this role.
The Operations Manager will have proven track record of improving operational efficiency in a regulated environment with the ability to guide and inspire teams through complex operational challenges.
