9 month FTC

Dublin City Centre / Hybrid

 

Do you want to join a leading Telco business and be empowered to make decisions? Lincoln HR are supporting our client on a 9 month maternity contract with an immediate commencement date. The role supports a corporate client group of 300 staff with 3 senior leaders as primary stakeholders.

 

Competitive salary plus health insurance from Day 1. Hybrid role with 2-3 days in office.

 

Duties:

  • Talent Management: Ensuring a consistent approach to attracting, developing, and retaining talent to support both current and future organizational needs.

  • Organizational Design and Development: Partnering with the business to create sustainable and effective organizational structures, systems, and processes that align with the company’s strategy.

  • Change Management: Leveraging experience in employee relations (ER) and change projects to identify and address the need for change, diagnosing issues, and building a case for change in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Transformation Support: Supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring that changes related to people and culture are aligned with brand values and cultural principles.

  • Coaching and Capability Building: Coaching managers to model company values and leadership behaviors, as well as helping them anticipate and manage organizational issues.

  • Project Participation and Leadership: Actively leading or participating in key projects to uphold and enhance the organization’s reputation as a world-class employer of choice.

 

Requirements:

  • CIPD Qualification (or equivalent): Fully qualified and well-versed in HR best practices, policies, and current employment regulations, ensuring a sound and compliant approach.

  • Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with broader business objectives.

  • Deep Knowledge of Employment Practices: Sound understanding of employment practices, including people policies, procedures, and current thinking around effective and commercially viable strategies.

  • Project Management Expertise: Highly desirable experience in managing complex projects, with the ability to coordinate multiple demands and deliver results in a structured and timely manner.

  • Consulting and Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to consult on complex recruitment and people-related issues, facilitating discussions and delivering results in the face of competing priorities and business needs.

  • Commercial Acumen and Strategic Influence: A strong commercial focus with the credibility to engage at both strategic and operational levels, influencing senior management to adopt effective HR practices aligned with business goals.
