Lincoln are currently supporting a leading multi-national to recruit a HR Generalist with a background in Employment Relations for a full-time, permanent role. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with an experienced onsite Business Partner with 20+ years experience in HR. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Advising and supporting managers with resolution of employee relations issues, grievances, employee attendance issues, management coaching, and internal investigations into employee misconduct
  • Overseeing the case management system to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with employment law
  • Assisting with on-going performance management process on complex cases
  • Advising on complex ER cases offering risk analysis and best practice guidelines
  • Providing direction, mentorship, and frameworks to other HR team members in employee relations, ensuring fair treatment of employees, reviewing and recommending revisions to policies and programs

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in handling ER cases either within an ER function or as a major part of a generalist role
  • A Human Resources/Legal qualification (preferably in Employment Law)
  • Experience in managing an ER case load comprising of LTA, PM and disciplinaries 
  • To be self-directed, have initiative and analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work with, consult, and coach multiple stakeholders at all levels
