My client, a growing cross-borderlife insurer, is hiring a Head of Product Development to help with their ambitious growth strategy. The role will involve building a high performing product department, owning and managing the product governance system as well as the customer protection and compliance of products with regulatory standards such as SFDR.
Required experience:

University degree in Finance, Business, Law or any other relevant discipline as well as QFA qualification

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in Finacial Services, Life Insurance experience is a benefit

Understanding of customer protection requirements for life insurance and financial regulations

Ability to create and lead high performing teams
