- Updating and creating product and company presentations as required
- Customer Quotations: maintaining the customer quotations log and folder and creating quotations
- Monitoring the leads and opportunities on the internal system
- Realisation planning
- Serve as the link of communication between a portfolio of assigned hypochlorous acid customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Identify new opportunities through lead generation within existing and complementary sectors
- Report to management weekly with an overview of accounts
- Complete the full order process of orders received from responsible accounts
- Dispatching of orders: Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Monitoring and ordering of all printed packaging and delivery of said packaging in accordance with production plan
- Owner of samples and collation/dispatch and follow up
- Marketing material available and up to date all products
- Opening and completing of change controls (BOM’s & BMR’s)
- Distribution Log: filling out the log and filing in respective folders
- Booking flights/accommodations
- Assisting in the issuing paperwork’s for production
- General typing/office admin support for all departments including filing, scanning etc.
- Employee of the month (updating staff lists & distribution of slips)
- Mailing documents
