A dynamic international investment manager is seeking to hire a Fund Operations & Finance Associate for its growing Dublin office. The role will support the finance and operational activities of the Fund platform, assistance with managing the day-to-day operations of the investment Funds of Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Real Estate asset classes.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with the daily, weekly and monthly processes; this includes cash management, data capture, pricing and monitoring of corporate actions.
- Review and sign off of NAVs produced by Fund Admin.
- Responsible for the maintenance and oversight of the Portfolio Management system; ensuring accurate static / transactional data.
- Involvement with operational duties including cash payments and instructing shareholder/portfolio dealing; the funds are monthly dealing and the candidate will provide oversight of all transactions from the planning stage, to settlement.
- FX dealing; provide assistance in review and execution of monthly swaps.
- Regulatory reporting.
Requirements include:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the funds industry
- Experience across fund operations & fund accounting
- Significant experience of hedge fund/ private equity
- A strong finance degree. Part qualified accountant would be beneficial but not required
