HR & Recruitment Generalist

A rapidly expanding prganisation in the Early Learning sector have a newly created role of HR & Recruitment Generalist to support their growth. The position reports directly into the Head of HR and will be responsible for mentoring one member in TA. While the position is to cover high volume recruitment, it is expected the candidate has a solid foundation in broader HR principles to take on other tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for growing network of centres, ensuring they attract top talent. Manage employee onboarding and ensure all appropriate paperwork in order.
- Streamline and optimize HR processes.
- Support the HR department and Managers with conducting internal investigations related to staff or child welfare concerns and producing clear, objective, and confidential reports in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Support the HR department and Managers with mandatory training, policy training, ad hoc requests. Bring experience of building and delivering training programs.
- Bring fresh thinking to the table by identifying opportunities to improve how we work — from daily processes to big-picture strategies. You’ll be encouraged to suggest, shape, and actively participate in HR projects that enhance our people experience and operational efficiency

- Strong background in HR, with extensive recruitment expertise.
- Able to manage your own workload while staying aligned with the team.
