Our cliente is a well-stablished insurance brokerage in Dublin, Ireland, which is looking for a personal lines insurance broker to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with insurers regarding new business submissions and policy renewals.
- Facilitate and process new business, mid-term alterations, and renewals.
- Handle all aspects of insurance policy administration.
- Maintain accurate customer records in compliance with data protection laws and regulatory requirements.
- Provide high-quality customer service, responding to queries from both insurers and clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Offer insurance advice to existing and potential clients.
- Assist with claims handling and provide support to customers throughout the process.
- Manage school fees scheme administration.
- Support additional tasks and projects as required.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly personal lines.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds an APA in Personal Lines and is progressing towards CIP or already CIP qualified (or grandfathered).
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in general personal lines insurance.
- Experience with the Relay system is an advantage.
- Demonstrates reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
