Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor global legislative developments and identify their impact on the organization.
  • Analyze and Advise: Research, analyze, and document the transfer pricing implications of acquisitions, disposals, integrations, and restructuring.
  • Shape Strategies: Assist in implementing and monitoring global transfer pricing strategies and control processes.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Work with external consultants on global documentation and benchmarking studies.
  • Drive Compliance: Establish and monitor internal controls for transfer pricing agreements, conducting periodic reviews to ensure effectiveness.
  • Manage Risks: Support the management of permanent establishment risks across the business.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • CTA Qualified 
  • At least 4 years of tax-related experience in a public accounting firm or large multinational corporation (Big Four experience is a bonus).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies, including process automation tools like Alteryx.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
