Our client is seeking an experienced contracts manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one or more of the following areas: vinyl, tiling, carpet, wood flooring, or wall cladding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Maintenance: Carry out high-quality installation and maintenance of flooring types, including vinyl, tile, carpet, and wood, as well as wall cladding.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with Contracts Director to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
- Main Contractor Liaison: Act as the primary contact for main contractors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Travel Flexibility: Be flexible with travel across Dublin region to support various projects.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations adhere to company and industry standards, with a strong emphasis on detail and quality craftsmanship.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: vinyl, tiling, carpet, wood flooring, or wall cladding.
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and safety practices.
- Experience working with main contractors and effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for work across Dublin.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
