We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Manager (AP/AR) to join a dynamic organization in Citywest, Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a large team within a well-established company and make a significant impact by managing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Lead and manage a large team responsible for financial transactions.
- Process Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.
- Process Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Financial Reporting: Develop and review financial reports related to AR, AP, and bank activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with financial and non-financial departments.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
- Vendor & Client Management: Resolve payment and billing issues effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and maintain KPIs to enhance service quality.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5+ years in a senior finance or accounting role, with expertise in cash & bank, AR, and AP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
