Key Responsibilities:
- Handle conveyancing transactions, including residential and commercial property matters.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and representation in general practice matters.
- Assist with a small portfolio of commercial legal cases as needed.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.
Requirements:
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years of PQE.
- Experience in Conveyancing and a willingness to engage with Commercial Law cases.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
