As a Senior Projects & Construction Lawyer, you will:
- Lead on complex transactions across sectors such as commercial development, residential, transport, energy, and infrastructure.
- Provide expert advice on construction-related legal issues, including project structuring, contract negotiations, claims management, and financing arrangements.
- Draft and negotiate key contracts for large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with prominent Irish and global clients, including developers, contractors, and funders.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years PQEin construction, energy, infrastructure, or major projects within a leading law firm or in-house team.
- Strong experience with industry-standard and bespoke construction contracts.
- A client-focused professional with exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
