Evolution & Change: Opportunities Offered by the Irish Funds Market
Lincoln Recruitment Specialists, Pinsent Masons, Bridge Consulting, MUFG and PwC would like to invite you to a half day conference surrounding the opportunities offered by the Irish funds market.
Whatever the outcome of the Brexit negotiations, Ireland, with its highly developed infrastructure and expert advisers will always be an attractive location for investment funds. This conference will bring together the asset management community to discuss the opportunities – and the solutions to some of the challenges.
The programme will include
• Keynote address from Michael Hodson, Director of Asset Management & Investment Banking Supervision at the Central Bank of Ireland;
• Analysis of the regulatory environment in Ireland, with a panel of experts comprised of legal advisers and prominent asset managers that have established management
operations in Dublin; and
• Discussion on the operational and resourcing aspects of expanding into/setting up in Ireland, including input from Donal Whelan, Head of Financial Services at Lincoln Recruitment Specialists, IDA Ireland and Irish Funds, the representative body for the international fund community in Ireland.
• The sessions will be hosted by Gayle Bowen, the Head of Pinsent Mason’s Dublin Office, with her team of investment fund specialists.
