Lincoln Recruitment Irish Early Career Awards to Celebrate Ireland’s Emerging Talent

For Immediate Release

Dublin, Ireland — Ireland’s largest and most prestigious celebration of early career talent, the Lincoln Recruitment Irish Early Career Awards, returns on Tuesday, September 24th, 2024 at the esteemed Royal Irish Academy of Music, Dublin. This landmark event will welcome over 200 attendees from more than 50 leading companies across Ireland, all gathering to honour the outstanding achievements of the country’s most promising early career professionals.

Established in 2015, the Irish Early Career Awards have become a hallmark of excellence, recognising the early career talent across 13 diverse sectors. These sectors include Accountancy, Fintech, HR & Recruitment, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Compliance & Risk, Technology & Data Science, Business Support, Project Management, Advisory & Consultancy, Engineering & Construction, Legal & ESG, and Entrepreneur of the Year, in addition to an employer award for Best Graduate Programme.

The evening will shine a spotlight on individuals who have made a significant impact early in their careers, highlighting their innovation, excellence, and leadership. Among the notable guests will be Minister Neale Richmond TD and an esteemed judging panel, chaired by Ciara Lambe, Director of Operations at Irish Funds. The panel includes Bernadette Nulty (VP of Financial Services at IDA Ireland), Gavan O’Brien (Managing Director at Grad Ireland), and Lorena Dunne (Partner at A&L Goodbody), among other industry leaders from across Ireland. Bernadette spoke at the launch of the awards stating “In today’s rapidly evolving global economy, the value of talent and creativity cannot be overstated. In my role in IDA Ireland, I work with international investors who assess various factors when deciding where to allocate their resources, and a key determinant in their decision-making process is the availability of strong talent. They look for regions and countries that boast a workforce capable of driving growth, fostering innovation, and maintaining a competitive edge on the global stage.”

Lincoln Recruitment, along with key sponsors Sia Partners, Darta Saving Life Assurance, and PAT Business School, will be proud supporters of the event. Also at the launch event was Donal Whelan, Managing Director at Lincoln Recruitment who added that “These awards are not for the brightest or who rose up the career ladder the quickest, although some past winners have excelled in both. They are holistic in nature and take into account any obstacles people have overcome to get to where they are, they take into account their personality and presentation and that is why all the shortlistees are interviewed by our wonderful panel of judges of which Ciara Lambe, is the chairperson of.  They also take into account what they have done through their profession to help others or promote their own profession.  These are not contingencies but it’s a rounded early career we look for.”

The evening promises not only recognition and inspiration but also entertainment, with award-winning Irish comedian Neil Delamere as the evening’s host.
