We are currently seeking an experienced Trade Counter (Sales) Representative to join our team in Naas. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and is passionate about sales, service, and developing long-term relationships in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to sales enquiries via phone and at the trade counter

Provide customers with product advice, information, and quotations

Maximise sales and profit margins through effective customer engagement and upselling

Promote alternative products and own-brand ranges

Stay informed about product developments, pricing, and branch targets

Take and prepare customer orders efficiently and accurately

Participate in purchasing processes within the branch

Support all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the branch
What We’re Looking For

Strong product knowledge, ideally within the electrical sector
-
Proven experience in a sales role (electrical wholesale experience is an advantage)

Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset
-
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
-
Highly organised with good time management skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Team player with solid interpersonal skills
Requirements

Full driving licence (required)

Must be authorised to work in Ireland

Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Naas, Co. Kildare
