A leading international manufacturer is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Co–Ordinator to join its Production Management Team. This is a key strategic role with full responsibility for production planning, inventory management, warehousing, procurement. The successful candidate will lead the development of a responsive, cost-effective supply chain that supports commercial objectives and delivers consistently high service levels to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production planning.
- Co-ordinating with procurement and warehousing.
- Drive on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery performance through effective inventory and process management.
- Balance production and financial targets with customer service priorities.
- Monitor and manage KPIs including OTIF, schedule adherence, inventory levels, lead times, and capacity planning.
- Lead and develop planning and warehousing teams, embedding CI and Lean principles.
- Ensure full Cim/ Sage integration for supply chain processes and master data.
- Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to optimise output and efficiency.
- Support local and group-level S&OP processes, capacity planning, and reporting.
- Identify and deliver supply chain improvement projects and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Business, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years’ experience in a supply chain role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong ERP knowledge and understanding of supply chain optimisation.
- Experience with target led production planning.
- Strong analytical skills with a results-driven, solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within a regulated environment (e.g. GMP) is an advantage.
