We’re hiring a solicitor to join our client who’s expanding legal practice. They provide exceptional legal services to a diverse client base. Our Conveyancing and Landlord & Tenant Law Department is growing, they are seeking a motivated and experienced Solicitor to join the team!
We’re looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience to manage a variety of conveyancing and landlord & tenant law matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to grow your career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of conveyancing matters, including residential and commercial property transactions.
- Advise clients on landlord and tenant law, drafting and reviewing lease agreements, and resolving tenancy disputes.
- Provide expert legal advice and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct due diligence, prepare legal documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as required.
- Maintain accurate records and manage deadlines effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, promoting the firm’s reputation and securing repeat business.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in conveyancing and landlord & tenant law.
- Qualified solicitor in Ireland with a current practising certificate.
- Strong knowledge of property law, tenancy law, and associated legislation.
- Proven ability to handle a varied and demanding caseload independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
- Proficiency in legal technology and case management systems is desirable.
