We’re looking for a Site Supervisor to join our client who isleading provider of fire protection and safety solutions, specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems. With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, they deliver exceptional fire safety services across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
You will beoverseeing the installation of fire sprinkler systems on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities related to fire sprinkler system installations.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Manage and lead a team of installers, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, safety documentation, and material usage.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and method statements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues to minimize project delays.
- Order and manage site materials, ensuring timely availability for project needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within fire protection, mechanical, or construction industries.
- Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, installation procedures, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Experience in health and safety compliance and site management.
- CSCS or SMSTS certification is desirable.
- Full Irish driving license.
