Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Lead and oversee all warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics, ensuring timely and precise product deliveries.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a dedicated team of warehouse personnel, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide guidance and support for team members to help them reach their full potential.
- Process Optimization: Continually assess and enhance warehouse processes and protocols to drive efficiency, reduce expenses, and uphold precision.
- Inventory Management: Implement robust inventory control systems and procedures to minimize stock issues, overstock situations, and inventory shrinkage.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and best practices, creating a secure workspace for all warehouse staff.
- Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships and streamline the supply chain.
- Budget Oversight: Efficiently manage the warehouse budget, controlling costs while meeting performance targets.Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management within the FMCG sector, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and the MS Office suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
