On behalf of our client in Dublin 15, we are recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager to join their team.
As Senior Technical Sales Manager, the successful candidate will manage and maintain the existing customer base and expand further with new clients and projects as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate must have a positive attitude to sales and customer service and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The core focus of the role relates to HVAC however, there will be a requirement to understand and cross sell core products from across the product portfolio of the company.
The role will require the candidate to:
• Drive and deliver sales plans in conjunction with the Sales Director to ensure sales targets are achieved
• Interact with customers and manufacturers in relation to product specifications
• Have the ability to sell the company product range to existing and potential customers
• Have a good understanding of CRM systems and their importance to the business
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to forecast and engage with internal colleagues to ensure availability of products
• Expedite the resolution of customer issues, ensuring the best outcome for customers and the company
• Maintain sales quotations, price files and customer contacts as appropriate
• Update Sales Director on all projects on a regular basis
• Commitment to best practice, with a strong focus on quality, H&S and excellent customer service
Qualification and Experience:
• At least 5 years experience in the construction industry
• A construction industry qualification or Engineering degree would be an advantage
• Self motivated with strong negotiation, planning and consultative sales skills
