Senior Manager, Leasing FP&A

€90k – 140k per year + Bonus + Benefits

The Senior Manager of Leasing FP&A will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting on behalf of Leasing. The successful individual in this role will act as a partner to the senior Leasing leadership team providing insights and informing decision making. They will also directly manage and develop the Leasing FP&A Senior Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the IRE leadership team to formulate business, financial and strategic plans
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to understand and draft their annual budgets
  • Prepare periodic forecasts aligned to the timing of the global Element Fleet forecasting cycles
  • Provide detailed analysis and commentary on business performance to inform and steer leadership decision making
  • Prepare management reporting per the established Leasing operating rhythm, including but not limited to Monthly Operating Reports (MORs), operational scorecards, and functional KPIs
  • Develop a detailed leasing forecast model
  • Develop and analyze business cases to prioritize and allocate resources to strategic initiatives including but not limited to launch of new Leasing products
  • Directly support initiatives identified by the EVP, Head of Leasing
  • Other duties as assigned, including special projects

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s degree a plus  
  • Minimum 7 years of Finance experience in an analytical role, prior experience in leasing and/or banking a strong plus
  • Strong and demonstrated complex modeling skills
  • Strong knowledge of balance sheet and income statements and their relationship
  • Ability to develop strategic plans for implementation in the business
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and ability to work cross functionally both internally and externally
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, develop appropriate action plans and delivers timely results
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, and develop staff 
  • Proficient use of financial systems and analysis tools including Microsoft Office (e.g.. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).  
  • Accounting systems experience (i.e. Infor) a plus

 

This role is with Element Fleet Management who we are exclusively working with to scale their Irish body.
