A market leading Life Insurance firm are recruiting for a Senior Compliance Manager for their Dublin office, to support the PCF 12 Head of Compliance to deliver the Compliance Plan, implement the Compliance Risk and Control framework as well as monitoring of specific Compliance Programs.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Compliance Manager:
- To support the Head of Compliance in implementation of compliance programs including Anti-Trust, Customer Protection and Capital Markets, including liaising with relevant counterparts
- To support the Head of Compliance in Group and Board Reporting
- To support the Head of Compliance in their role as the Governance Coordinator (Policy review and attestation framework)
- To support the Head of Compliance with preparation and delivery of the annual compliance plan
- To support the Head of Compliance in annual Compliance Risk Assessment process, including relevant Group and internal reporting
- To implement compliance assurance program including 5 year compliance testing plan, annual controls testing and review activities and corresponding Group and internal reporting
The Senior Compliance Manager will have a proven track record in a compliance role within a regulated Financial Services firm. Familiarity with life insurance products, cross border business and deep understanding of Irish regulatory requirements incl. core concepts in relation to value for money, suitability etc. would be advantageous but not essential.
