The role of a Senior Analyst – Commercial Operations involves leveraging data-driven insights to inform tactical and strategic decisions. This includes engaging with leadership, designing data structures, executing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise revenue distribution and drive actionable insights for the broader commercial team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of leasing accounts and segments to evaluate profitability and their contribution to overall revenue, ensuring optimal sales coverage strategies in collaboration with commercial leadership.
- Develop and implement leasing quota-setting methodologies, incorporating both bottom-up (account-level) and top-down (organizational) perspectives, aligning with corporate revenue targets and supporting NA Commercial Operations in leasing strategic initiatives.
- Provide guidance to the Leasing Commercial Operations Analyst in the implementation of leasing-specific tools and initiatives to enhance sales team performance.
- Serve as a liaison, ensuring data uniformity and facilitating seamless data flow across the commercial organization for leasing topics.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive commercial data visualization and reporting, including long-term analytics strategies, streamlined reporting processes, and robust commercial dashboards.
- Collaborate with NA commercial teams to drive strategy execution of leasing learning and development, commercial insights, and tools and technology initiatives.
- For the Senior Analyst: Oversee and manage orders forecasting to accurately predict incoming volume and timing.
- For the Senior Analyst: Coach Leasing Commercial Operations Analyst, who will assist in the implementation of leasing-specific sales tools, technology, and learning and development initiatives to improve sales team performance and support leasing strategic initiatives.
Experience:
