Sales Tax Analyst

Dublin
€45k – 70k per year + Bonus + Benefits

The Sales Tax Analyst will ensure the Company’s trade-in credit program is maximized in terms of efficiency and effectiveness and focus on improving processes and leveraging tax technology to reduce exposure and minimize risk for the Company. Additionally, this role will assist in providing reporting and data analytics to support jurisdictional tax audit defense efforts and to ensure the minimization of related taxes, penalties and interest.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform research and extensive data analytics to review and optimize the Company’s trade-in credit (“TIC”) program
  • Prepare and defend TIC related refunds and jurisdictional audits
  • Identify and implement tax technology and process improvement projects for TIC and sales tax team
  • Perform sales tax research for new Company initiatives and revenue streams to ensure compliance

 

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree, Accounting, Finance or Related Fields
  • 2+ years sales tax experience
