- Accurately process sales orders and update internal CRM systems
- Prepare client-facing documents such as quotes, invoices, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain organised digital folders, timesheets, and essential documentation
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including reports and document preparation
- Liaise with clients to provide updates, gather documentation, and respond to general queries
- Track key sales metrics and KPIs, ensuring all records are current and easily accessible
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years’ experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively in a fast-moving environment
- A proactive, customer-first mindset
