Returns Agent

 

Returns Agent – Dublin Airport

  • Role: Assist customers with car hire and returns.

  • Work Environment: Primarily at Dublin Airport, including outdoor work moving cars.

Essential Requirements:

  • Full, clean B driving licence, held for a minimum of 2 years. (Candidates without this will not be considered.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prompt customer vehicle receipt and return.

  • Maintain excellent customer service and damage standards; achieve KPIs.

  • Complete all administration accurately.

  • Process workshop vehicles.

  • Set aside cars for service/repair.

  • Communicate with fleet supervisors (company standards) and damages department (new damage queries).

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

  • Ad hoc duties as needed.

Key Skills:

  • Full, clean B driving licence for at least 2 years (essential).

  • Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

  • Car rental/sales experience desirable but not essential (training provided).

  • Passion for service; level-headed approach to busy customer environment.
