This Compliance role is part of the Regulatory Change team of a global Life Assurance firm, headquartered in Dublin. The Regulatory Change Officer will hold responsibility for supporting the management of Compliance’s responsibility for identifying and assessing the impact of Regulatory Change.
Role responsibilities include:
- Identifying and assessing the scope and impact of Regulatory Change across different jurisdictions
- Communication of Regulatory Changes to management and agreeing required actions with the business to effect change
- Record keeping and/or management of interactions with CBI and other regulators (e.g. FCA and PRA)
- Provide proactive compliance advisory services where Compliance input is required
- Draft reports for the Board, Sub- Committees and Management Committees
- Draft minutes for quarterly meetings with the business and the Compliance and Risk Management Committee
- Support the Develop/maintain compliance policies, standards and procedures
- Review and/orapprove marketing content from a regulatory perspective
- Represent Compliance on relevant Change Projects and Regulatory Forums where Compliance attendance and input is required, including internal and external forums
The Regulatory Change Officer will have proen experience in a compliance function within a CBI or FCA regulated financial services firm.
