Lincoln are working with their FMCG client to recruit a Quality Manager to join their clients facility in Westmeath. The role has arisen due to internal movement within the organisation. The Quality Manager is
responsible for implementing and management of the day today running of the quality management system throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities:
- To Manage and Implement the Food Safety Quality Management System in the plant.
- Develop and lead a plant production team that will focus on compliance, issue prevention, performance measurement, root cause problem solving, attention to detail and team working ensuring 100% safe food.
- To ensure through the Quality Assurance team that all Audits are successful and that any Corrective Actions are carried effectively.
- Lead the resolution of product complaints, non-conformances, and customer queries.
- To ensure that Product is produced 100% to specification at all times.
- To lead and manage all external factory audits.
- To develop Quality team so that there is always cover for each role with all members continuously learning and developing.
Experience:
- 3rd Level Degree in Food Science
- Diploma in Management
- More than 3 years’ experience in Quality Management role
- Knowledge of BRC standard
- Completion of customer audits
- Good knowledge of food legislation and standards
