Responsibilities

Manage multiple production lines ensuring business targets are hit.

Lead and motivate and manage production operators and team leaders.

Aim to optimize the production performance of your department.

Ensure manufacturing-volume requirements are met.

Support a work environment of continuous improvement

Evaluate staff task training and organize re-training where required.

Ensure quality checks are carried out correctly and at the time required.
Requirements
-
2 years +experience in food production line supervision or management is essential or alternatively operator experience that has taken on supervisory or management tasks regularly
