Planner & Scheduler

As an Expert Planner & Scheduler, you will play a key role in project planning and schedule management across major industrial construction projects. You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining the overall schedule to support the successful and timely execution of engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and update integrated project schedules in Primavera P6.
  • Support project managers with schedule planning, analysis, progress measurement, and reporting.
  • Coordinate input from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
  • Perform schedule risk analysis and scenario planning.
  • Monitor key milestones and performance metrics, flagging delays or deviations early.
  • Support client meetings with planning updates and participate in schedule-related presentations.
  • Ensure alignment with project goals, contractual obligations, and company procedures.
  • Contribute to planning process improvements and standardisation across projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years’ experience in project planning or project controls on major construction/engineering projects.
  • Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and familiarity with earned value management.
  • Background in data centres, semiconductor, life sciences, or industrial/high-tech construction preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams and multinational environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • English proficiency required; Finnish language skills a plus.
