On behalf of our client in Dublin 3, we are recruiting for a Part Qualified Accountant for a specific project but with a strong likelihood of permanency for the right candidate as the client finance function grows. It offers full exposure across the finance function,

The role:
Assist/ lead on the following project elements:
A) Centralisation of Accounts administration Functions:
- Implement a new cloud procurement solution (PO and AP) – work with 3rd party software company to set up process (initial 2-3 weeks), with subsequent roll out by location
- Concurrent consolidation of AP ledgers – 1 ROI + 1 NI, liaising with suppliers to consolidate accounts
- Implement new AP monthly supplier reconciliation to statement processes
- Capture of staff utilisation via new PO system
- Support rollout of Direct Debit process
- Assist in the establishment of centralisation process and team as required
B) Procurement centralisation/ standardisation
C) Assist in bring HR Data (TMS) up to date
D) Maintenance of contract register – capture data and bring up to date for each location
E) Assist in setting up new weekly roster review processes (TMS)
F) Assist in roll out of cashless payment systems
G) Support monthly management accounts production process during transition to centralised roles
H) Fortnightly payroll cost analysis by location
About you:
You will be a PQ accountant with a minumum of 2-3 years finance experience, with an interest in/experience of centralising systems and processes and with a keen interest in getting full exposure to the entire finance funtion of this organisation.
