Office Manager – D12

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Office Manager for our client’s offices in Dublin 12.

Reporting to the MD, this role will involve assisting with the day-to-day Office Management and Financial tasks for our clients business. 


Office Management Duties:

  • Maintain the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
  • Point of contact in the office for any queries relating to health and fire safety.
  • Maintaining the internal server filing system.
  • Ensuring the kitchen and stationary cupboard are fully stocked at all times.
  • Ensuring all employees are adequately equipped with IT equipment. Be the first point of contact for team regarding any IT issues. Liaise with IT service provider and order and arrange hardware replacement. Also support and coordinate various IT projects in conjunction with MD and IT service provider
  • To provide excellent HR administration service and support to achieve HR plan to meet the business needs.
  • To be able to deal with all incoming customer queries  and implement and maintain excellent standards of customer service
  • Support the MD on all finance related queries from existing and new clients
  • Ensure supplier invoices are approved and paid within agreed payment terms and resolve any queries that arise.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure best price guarantee
  • Provide costings to potential clients for services and adjust pricing correctly
  • Customer financial analysis

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Min 3 years’ experience in a similar type role
  • Prior experience as an Office Manager would be a strong advantage
  • Good understanding of finance and have experience around invoicing, costing and pricing
  • Excellent PC and Microsoft Office Skills, with at least a strong understanding of IT systems
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritise
