Administrative Associate / Office Manager

My Client is looking for the well-rounded Office Manager with the experience with invoice processing and excellent IT skills.


Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Business Development
  • Taking the lead in tender preparations & compiling the pre-qualification documents
  • Maintaining system, editing documents for upload, providing system support to team members.
  • Creating, implementing & maintaining Business Development procedures.
  • Maintaining company’s LinkedIn account; Updating website
  • Assisting with marketing activities, organising/purchasing the promo material, branding etc.
  • Process and track purchase orders and general assisting to the accountant Admin
  • Provide general administrative support to the office team and site staff.



  • Excellent IT skills is essential – Proficient at Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Knowledge of the construction/property sector would be preferred but not essential
  • 3-5 years in office administration preferred
