The Opportunity:
As Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering large-scale mechanical, plumbing, and heating contracts for new build housing and commercial developments. You’ll manage projects from initial design through to handover, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction are all consistently achieved. You will be working on large Residential projects across Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare, Meath & Louth.
This is a permanent position based in Dublin, offering strong career development potential and the opportunity to work on some of Ireland’s most exciting construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full project lifecycle – from design through to handover
- Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and conduct regular site meetings
- Ensure adherence to H&S procedures, RAMS, and quality standards
- Represent the company in a professional and proactive manner
- Monitor project KPIs and manage forecasting, invoicing, and reporting
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Project Manager role
- Proven track record managing mechanical/plumbing/HVAC contracts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of site safety, risk assessments, and compliance
- Background working across residential and commercial projects
