What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Design, and Quality Assurance to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components into vehicle prototypes and production models.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the engineering team, including project planning, resource allocation, and technical guidance, to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in automotive engineering, actively researching and experimenting to keep our team at the forefront of innovation.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in mechanical engineering management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential, foster collaboration, and drive results.
  • Deep technical expertise in automotive mechanical systems, with a demonstrated ability to design and analyze complex components and assemblies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work seamlessly across teams and departments.
