Marketing Manager

Our client, a rapidly growing solar instillation company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts and drive brand growth. This role is instrumental in enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and acquiring customers through innovative digital and traditional marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create targeted campaigns aligned with the company’s overall growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.

2. Digital Marketing & SEO Management:

  • Manage and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and lead generation.
  • Oversee paid marketing campaigns, including Google AdWords and social media ads, ensuring high ROI and effective budget management.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to enhance marketing outcomes.

3. Content Creation & Management:

  • Lead the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, videos, infographics, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create case studies, customer testimonials, and other content that showcases the company’s solutions.
  • Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and reflects the brand identity.

4. Social Media & Digital Campaigns:

  • Develop and manage content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Design and execute engaging social media campaigns to increase traffic, brand engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to grow the audience.

5. Campaign Analysis & Reporting:

  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, SEO rankings, and social media engagement.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.

6. Collaborative Team Leadership:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and customer service to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies for services like graphic design, video production, or specialized marketing support.

7. CRM & Relationship Management:

  • Develop and oversee CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and agencies, to maximize brand exposure.

8. Marketing Operations & Project Management:

  • Oversee the operational aspects of marketing projects, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and deadlines are met.
  • Continuously improve marketing processes and workflows to enhance team productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing management role, ideally within the renewable energy, technology, or consumer sectors.
  • Proven experience with SEO, Google AdWords, social media management, and content creation.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy market or tech-focused ecosystems is a plus.
