Marketing Executive

On behalf of our client in the distribution sector, we are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join their team based in Dublin 22.

The successful applicant will be responsible for creating and managing digital and visual content, including website maintenance, videos, graphics, and other forms of multimedia. They must also be able to effectively manage and monitor digital campaigns, and analyze the effectiveness of content.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate ideas and create content for our company’s social media channels, with a strong emphasis on video content.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team to generate creative assets for various marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Producing materials for point-of-sale displays, email newsletters, social media stories, reels, and grid posts, as well as internal newsletters, brochure designs, and website campaign materials.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of creative assets in alignment with the marketing campaign schedule.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration and maintain open communication channels across teams.
  • Plan and execute communication across various channels, including online and social media.
  • Assist in new product development and launches.
  • Create web and social media content.
  • Maintain and update the website.
  • Design newsletters, packaging, marketing materials, and menus.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and printers.
  • Offer copywriting and proofreading.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year design experience (We will consider external university work experience with recent graduates)
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or another related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Strong creative capabilities showcased through a portfolio reflecting skills in design and social media.
  • Previous experience in photography will be of advantage, however is not mandatory.
  • Capability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to brand guidelines and tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, collaborative attitude and an ability to work in a quick changing environment.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. They must also have a strong understanding of current digital trends and the ability to work with a variety of digital media.
