The Leasing Commercial Operations Manager plays a critical role in optimising the leasing sales process through data-driven insights and strategic planning. This position involves conducting detailed profitability analysis, refining segmentation models, defining sales coverage strategies, and managing sales quotas and incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse leasing accounts and segments to assess their profitability and contribution to overall revenue.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to determine optimal leasing sales coverage strategies for both “hunting” and Account Management (AM) sides.
- Assemble leasing quota-setting methodologies, incorporating both bottom-up (account-level) and top-down (organizational) perspectives. Ensure quotas are ambitious yet attainable, aligning with corporate revenue targets.
- Oversee and manage orders forecasting to accurately predict incoming volume and timing.
- Collect and analyze relevant data to support the development of sales compensation and incentive parameters and strategy specific to leasing.
- Identify and support execution of leasing-specific sales tools, technology, and learning and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with VP, Commercial Leasing to support leasing strategic initiatives.
Experience:
- Degree in Statistics/Computer Science/Software Engineering/ or Math
- 2-3 Years’ experience with statistical and other analytical tools such as R, Python, and Power BI
- Experience with Salesforce data a plus
- Experience managing a team
