This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional to shape sales performance, customer retention, and operational effectiveness across multiple markets.
As Manager, Commercial Excellence, you’ll partner with commercial, marketing, operations, and global teams to deliver go-to-market strategies, actionable insights, and strategic programs that make a real business impact.
This role would also be a great next step for an experienced FP&A Analyst or Finance Business Partner who wants to move into a more commercially focused, cross-functional role.
What You’ll Do
- Support the design and execution of commercial strategies, sales models, and market segmentation
- Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive decision-making
- Manage quota-setting, sales incentive programs, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with global teams to align processes and share best practices
- Lead and contribute to strategic projects and change initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years’ experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, business strategy, FP&A, or similar
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across teams
- A proactive, strategic mindset with strong project management skills
