Our client, a leading company in the food production industry, is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join their team in Longford. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with experience in general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across various facility systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- General upkeep of the building and surrounding areas.
- Basic repair tasks, such as fixing doors, replacing light bulbs, and minor painting.
- Keeping work areas clean and safe.
- Moving equipment and furniture when needed.
- Checking and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Assisting other staff with simple tasks as required.
Requirements:
- No formal qualifications needed—just a willingness to work and learn.
- Some experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to use basic tools and follow instructions.
