Job Title: Logistics/Trade Coordinator

Nature of Work:
Reporting to the Department Manager and the Managing Director, the Logistics/Trade Coordinator will undertake a range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Providing daily support to the company’s traders.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external suppliers and clients.
- Interacting with various internal teams.
- Utilizing the integrated ERP system to:
- Schedule, manifest, and allocate shipment of trades.
- Maintain tracking and inventory reports.
- Update and manage databases.
- Generate required reports.
- Processing and generating purchase orders and invoices.
- Coordinating and expediting ancillary administration related to trades.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to address queries efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree in Business or Logistics is desirable but not essential.
