As they continue to grow, we are seeking multiple dedicated and experienced Logistics Specialists to join the team and contribute to their success. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods, and maintaining exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction. Your expertise in 3PL processes and logistics management will be essential to our success.

Position Summary: As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your expertise in 3PL processes and logistics management will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. 3PL Coordination: Manage relationships and operations with third-party logistics providers, ensuring on-time deliveries, cost efficiency, and compliance with service agreements.

  2. Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while ensuring product availability to meet customer demand.

  3. Order Fulfillment: Oversee order processing, picking, packing, and shipping operations to meet customer delivery requirements accurately and on time.

  4. Transportation Management: Coordinate the movement of goods, including carrier selection, route optimization, and tracking, to minimize transportation costs and delays.

  5. Supplier and Vendor Relations: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to improve lead times, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

  6. Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions, while maintaining data accuracy.

  7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to transportation, import/export, and hazardous materials handling.

  8. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address logistics issues, such as delays, damaged goods, and discrepancies, to maintain customer satisfaction.

  9. Continuous Improvement: Implement and champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on 3PL operations.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in logistics.
