Listings Executive
Would you like to work with a leading law firm and leading listing agency in Dublin? Lincoln are pleased to be accepting applications for the role of Listings Executive. Candidates will typically come from a compliance/funds background, be very familiar with financial literature and documentation and have exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will be capable of keeping a number of plates spinning, prioritising work and dealing effectively with the CBI, regulators and clients.
The role :
- Coordinating the listing process in Ireland.
- Maintaining a high level of client contact and interaction with the Central Bank of Ireland and Euronext Dublin during and after the approval and listing process
- Advising a diverse international client base on the listing of debt securities and interpretation of their listing rules on an on-going basis
- Reviewing draft offering memoranda for compliance with Euronext Dublin listing requirements and acting as a point of contact for clients who include leading law firms, financial institutions, Euronext Dublin, and the Central Bank of Ireland.
- Liaising with clients and regulators on the disclosure conditions and schedules required to guarantee an efficient approval process
- Maintaining workflows, timelines and procedures to assist in providing a co-ordinated, streamlined and efficient process.
- Assisting in updating controls and procedures in accordance with best practice and in line with changing Stock Exchange & EU requirements.
- Enhancing an already strong team-working environment.
The candidate :
- A background in Compliance, Funds or broader Financial Services is desirable
- Experience with Trustees, Funds and/or Structured Finance, would be beneficial
- A familiarity with legal or financial documentation and an eye for detail
- Experience working in a deadline driven and external, client focused environment
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility for the end to end process requirements of the role on a day to day basis
- Excellent client management, organisational and communication skills.
This is a permanent role, with a salary in the bracket of €45 – €55k.
