Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labour, and subcontractor pricing.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, suppliers, and project teams to achieve the best outcomes.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
- Provide accurate financial updates and reports to ensure project profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the joinery or fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of joinery processes, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines effectively.
