The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and coordinating M&E building services, collaborating with architects, clients, and contractors, and producing detailed design drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and coordinate M&E building services for various projects
- Collaborate with architects, clients, and contractors to deliver high-performance solutions
- Produce detailed design drawings using AutoCAD
- Support BIM/Revit documentation (desirable)
- Take ownership of tasks, time, and technical input with confidence
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified Mechanical or Electrical Building Services Engineer
- 4+ years of experience in consultancy or M&E environments
- Excellent AutoCAD skills
- Revit/BIM knowledge (desirable)
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
